Who can use Strong Hire

You must be 18 or older and live in the United States or Canada. One account per person.

What Strong Hire is

Strong Hire is interview practice. An AI interviewer asks questions and an AI scorer gives feedback. The hire signal and scores are practice estimates. They are not a prediction of any company's hiring decision, and they are not career, legal or employment advice.

Strong Hire is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any company named on this site. Descriptions of how a company interviews come from public sources and are written in our own words.

Your content

Your CV, job postings and answers stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you. Upload only content you have the right to use. Don't share questions from interviews you agreed to keep confidential.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Strong Hire during a real interview, or to impersonate someone else.
• Don't try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or to get the AI to produce harmful content.
• Don't resell access.

Plans and minutes

Paid plans, prices and the refund policy are shown before you pay. Minutes are counted while an interview runs. See pricing and refunds.

Availability and changes

During the beta, features can change and the service can be interrupted. We may update these terms; we will tell you by email before changes that affect you take effect.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.
